How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:
The Regional Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance and growth of the sales and
distribution of LifeNet wound care products within a specific regional geography. This role acts as the primary management contact for each assigned Independent Agent (IA), Territory Manager (TM), and Associate Territory Manager (ATM) while ensuring focused attention on territory activities. The Regional Manager isaccountable for developing and managing business through distributorships and direct accounts within the specific region along with price negotiations and strategic account development. Responsible for recruitment and retention of staff, development of staff and IAs, and regional performance of sales goals and objectives.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Leadership: Responsible for planning and implementing strategies to ensure the revenue budget is met and the region’s goals are met. Develops key relationships with key supply chain contacts, physicians/key opinion leaders (KOL’s), Operating Room (OR) staff, clinic staff and other key decision-making personnel in assigned region. Ensures the team upholds the relationships developed which includes conducting regular business reviews with IDN’s and hospitals on LifeNet Health products. Works closely with the Key Account Surgical Specialist to help drive direction of hospital business in the Surgical Specialist’s territory
People Leadership: Recruits, retains, and motivates sales staff to perform to company expectations.
Develops and guides assigned IA’s, TM’s, and ATM’s to meet/exceed sales objectives. Conducts field
travel within region as well as performing business reviews within team. Ensures the Region
completes all required training such as compliance, product, sales, or other required company training.
What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA); bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Medical Device Industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience Management with direct reports

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Ability to analyze and strategize in order to meet goals
- Ability to lead and motivate a team remotely
- Developing strategy and budgets to drive annual goals and objectives

Salary: $115,000 - $153,000
*The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate’s qualifications including prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $113,000 annually (entry-level qualifications) to $150,000 annually (experienced in this role).
*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
*This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on certain criteria being met.
